The Site is an information and management platform for Owen services, the trade name of AssurLink.

It facilitates contact and introductions between persons or companies interested in these Owen services and AssurLink itself. It also enables partner distributors and insured customers to access certain functions related to the execution of contracts and services subscribed with AssurLink.

The GCU can be consulted online and may be modified at any time at the discretion of Owen - AssurLink without any further formality other than being posted online. Only the latest version online, or the version online at the time of the events in question, will be applicable to the Parties.

Visitors undertake to consult the legal notices available on the Site.

Article 1 - Parties

AssurLink" is a company incorporated under French law (its registered office is located at 38 rue François VILLON, 91450, Soisy sur Seine, and it is registered under number 852449131 with the Evry Trade and Companies Register) which provides the Site.

"Owen" is the trade name of Assurlink and may be used to refer to Assurlink. Owen" is the trade name of Assurlink and may be used to designate Assurlink.

" Visitor" is an individual who browses the Site, whether in a personal capacity as an insured person, or in a professional capacity as part of a partnership contract between his or her company and Assurlink.

" User" is an individual who is registered on the Site and who uses the Site.

Article 2 - Contact form

Visitors may use the contact form to obtain more information about the services offered by Owen.
To do so, Visitors must fill in a form provided for this purpose, enabling AssurLink to take note of the request and respond to it, either simply by replying, or by making contact, which may lead to a physical or telephone appointment.

Visitors guarantee the accuracy of the information provided when filling in this form, and assume full responsibility for any consequences arising, directly or indirectly, from providing incorrect or late information. Filling in the contact form implies the User's acceptance of these GCU.

AssurLink reserves the right to delete any data that contravenes these GCU, particularly if the visitor provides incorrect information when registering.

Article 4 - Insured personal space

All customers who have taken out an Owen service with Assurlink receive personal identifiers enabling them to log on to their personal insured area. This gives them access to detailed information on the contracts and services they have taken out, as well as access to certain functionalities linked to the execution of these contracts and services: contract modification, claims declaration, etc., in accordance with the specific general conditions of each contract taken out.

To this end, the Visitor concerned will be provided with secure, one-time personal identifiers, enabling him/her to access the personal area for the first time, and to define new, personalized identifiers.

The Visitor guarantees the accuracy of the information provided when filling in the various forms made available to him/her in connection with the execution of the contracts subscribed to. He/she assumes full and entire responsibility for any consequences arising, directly or indirectly, from the provision of erroneous or late information.

The completion of forms made available by AssurLink or its partners implies the User's acceptance of these GCU.

AssurLink reserves the right to delete data that contravenes these GCU, in particular where the visitor provides erroneous information when registering.

Article 5 - Distributor's personal space

All Owen - Assurlink distribution partners have secure access to a digital space, enabling them to obtain detailed information on the services and components made available to them within the framework of the contractual relationship.

They can thus access detailed information on the contracts and services distributed, and access certain functionalities linked to the execution of these contracts and services.

For this purpose, the Visitor concerned will be provided with secure, one-time personal identifiers, enabling him to access the personal area for the first time, and to define new personalized identifiers.

The Visitor guarantees the accuracy of the information provided when filling in the various forms made available to him as part of the execution of the contracts entered into. He/she assumes full and entire responsibility for any consequences arising, directly or indirectly, from the supply of incorrect or late information.

Filling in forms made available by Owen / AssurLink or its partners implies acceptance by the User of these GCU. AssurLink reserves the right to delete any data that contravenes these GCU, particularly where the visitor provides incorrect information when registering.

Article 6 - Availability of the site

The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access.
AssurLink endeavours to provide access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but cannot guarantee availability to visitors and users.

AssurLink cannot be held liable in the event of inability to access the Site.

AssurLink reserves the right to interrupt the availability of the Site in order to carry out any maintenance operations required for the proper administration of the Site.

Article 7 - Intellectual Property

The "https://www.getowen.eu" website, and the texts, graphics, images, sounds and videos that make it up, are the exclusive property of AssurLink.

The "Owen", "getowen" and "Assurlink" trademarks, and the texts, graphics, images, sounds and videos that make them up, are the exclusive property of AssurLink.

Any representation and/or reproduction and/or use, in whole or in part, of the content and services offered on the Site and of the aforementioned trademarks, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of copyright under Articles L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Article 8 - Processing of personal data
