How long does it take to integrate Owen into my product?

It's pretty quick. Depending on your choice of integration, but using our API, partners can integrate our solution in 2 to 4 weeks.

How do my customers report a claim?

It's easy to report a claim to Owen: just go to your customer area and follow the instructions for 24/7 online reporting. If the customer prefers to make the claim by telephone, this is also possible: the number is given on the "contact" page.

Do we have to pay taxes on the insurance we collect? Does Owen collect?

You collect the premium paid by your customer when they place an Owen insurance policy in their shopping cart. This collection is carried out on behalf of Owen, without any tax (neither VAT nor insurance tax). At the end of the month, we'll send you a slip to collect these premiums, to pay your commissions, and our insurance partner will take care of the tax payments.

What types of products does Owen offer?

Owen offers a wide range of ready-to-use, real-time insurance products. You can choose and integrate what meets your customers' needs (card insurance, commercial insurance, loan insurance, auto insurance, bill protection, etc.).
